Annie’s Summer Party

One mid-summer evening we was invited along (2nd year running) to Annie’s Ibiza summer celebration. A world re-known fashion brand born in Ibiza. Hosted in a stunning private villa with Moroccan accents.

We delivered our bespoke cocktail services, perfectly executed to match the ambience — light, refreshing, summer inspired and feminine. Working with the alcohol sponsors of the evening including; Papa Salt Gin, Ibika Tequila & Whispering Angel rosé wine.

First we started with a welcome spritz, honouring Ibiza’s wild local produce. Named ‘Ibiza 75’ an island twist to the sophisticated French 75 classic cocktail. With Papa Salt Gin combined with Perfectly Balanced’ artisanal handpicked herbal cordial, squeeze of lemon and topped with Champagne.

Then the party transitioned to the main bar, serving 2 more signature cocktails carefully designed for the evening. Starting with the popular Rosa Paloma — our premium floral twist to a Paloma. With Ibika Tequila infused with an aromatic touch of rose petals, combined with freshly squeezed on-the-day grapefruit juice, touch of agave, lime juice and topped with sparkling water. Garnished with a rose petal & Himalayan salt rim, and a spray of rose water to finish.

The last cocktail was Lavender Bloom, fresh light and hydrating. With Papa Salt Gin, cold pressed cucumber juice, our artisanal lavender infused syrup, lemon and soda water.

Rosé wine was flowing and each cocktail curated by us was loved.

A beautiful summer celebration and occasion to have been a part of once again.
