Introducing Thiago & Lucy

The dynamic duo that make up Perfectly Balanced or ‘PBI’ for short. A multicultural couple with Thiago born and raised in Colombia and Lucy from the UK.

After many years of travelling the world together both working in the hospitality industry, from starting on cruise ships out of the USA to luxurious 5 star hotels in Dubai and of course Ibiza — from nightclubs to chiringuito’s!

Perfectly Balanced was created back in 2019 out of pure passion for the art of mixology. Thiago has worked behind the bar for as long as he can remember, and after building up more than 9 years of experience with lots of knowledge under his belt, he decided to launch something of his own. It came at a tricky time in the midst of a global pandemic, despite all of this they pushed through with a clear vision to build this business they was so passionate about.

Lucy a Stationery Designer combines her creativity and eye for detail to design bespoke cocktail menu's and other intricate elements for each event they attend. Adding a feminine touch to the bar in an often male dominating industry, and helping to provide that perfect balance (mind the pun!) alongside her partner Thiago.

They both continue to grow & evolve year after year. Innovating ideas, taking inspiration from the nature and art of Ibiza and truly listening to their clients to deliver a bespoke bar service like no other.

But it's not just their expertise that make Perfectly Balanced what it is. It’s their genuine warmth and good energy that will leave a lasting impression.
