All of our cocktails and mocktails are meticulously crafted and as it says it in our name - perfectly balanced!

Our source of inspiration is right here in Ibiza, observing nature and the seasonal produce it delivers. From wild herbs to fresh fruit as well as locally sourced spirits & wines. We take great pride in making all of our ingredients in-house. Using organic sugar syrups, specialised infusions, flavourful fresh purées and much more.
